Born in Athens, Greece, in 1980. BA in English Linguistics (University of Athens), MA
in Lexicography (University of Athens), MRes in Global Innovation and Sustainability in the Food Industry (University of the Aegean), PhD in Sensory Linguistics (University of the Aegean). Elected member of the Administrative Board and the General Scientific Board of the Hellenic Society for Terminology, member of the Linguistics of Food international network, member of the European Association for Lexicography. Experience in dictionary writing. Worked for the Greek equivalent of ISO for sensory analysis vocabulary. Currently a postdoctoral researcher (focus: the language of social media), teacher of English for Specific Purposes (University of the Aegean). Working on the Terminology Without Borders project.
